For ten days I’m cooking for 15-30 kids & coaches at a Nordic ski camp in the Mad River Valley. One of our missions for this camp is to teach kids the importance of eating food that is grown locally. Check out some of the colours that I’ve been cookin’ up this week. Shown are garlic scapes, radishes, and 5 different kinds of beautiful lettuce from Gaylord Farm in Waitsfield.
